Charges laid by Barrie police in double homicide.

Barrie Police have released cause of death. The coroner’s officer states that the two men died of several stab wounds. The accused, Dyrrin Daley, is expected in Barrie court on Thursday February 16 to face two first degree murder charges.
A man arrested Wednesday by Barrie police has now been formally charged with two counts of first degree murder. The 24 year old was arrested about ten hours after the bodies of two men were found in a house on William Street. The father and son suffered obvious trauma according to investigators but the cause of death has not been released pending autopsy results.
Police believe the victims and accused knew each other and they are not looking for more suspects.
