One Canadian soldier's story
It’s in you to give.
On March 6, 2010, Corporal Darren Fitzpatrick of 3 PPCLI was mortally wounded while serving in Afghanistan and sadly he passed away two weeks later. However, the blood and medical attention he received, gave his family those last precious weeks with him and time to say good-bye. Please donate blood in support of Darren, his family, and in the name of all the other brave and generous Canadian military members that serve and protect our country. You can book an appointment to donate blood at www.blood.ca or call 1 888 2 DONATE.
Canadian Blood Services is asking you to consider to attend the next blood donor clinic in Orillia in advance of Remembrance Day. A clinic is planned for Thursday November 9th from 2:00 to 7:00 PM in the Mariposa Inn Hermitage Ballroom.
