The OPP have released a photo of a suspect who tried to rob a gas station at Price’s Corners in Oro-Medonte.
On Saturday evening at 9:40 p.m., police say a woman pointed a knife at the clerk and demanded money.
When the clerk’s husband approached, the robber fled the store.
She is described as white, in her mid-thirties, and wearing a grey toque and purple jacket.
She escaped in a dark grey Chevrolet Avalanche pickup truck which turned out to be stolen from Barrie.

On Sunday, the same vehicle was used by a male suspect who held up an Ultramar on Mapleview Drive East in Barrie.
In that case he got away with some cash and cigarettes.
